Some good herbs, vitamins, and amino acids in the ingredients, but also a few too many multi-syllable words that can't be good for you. Mixes well with more neutral spirits- vodka, white/silver rum, mild gins, mild tequila blancos. Smells and tastes like sweet, but not cloying, rocket fuel. My go-to energy drink for my daily caffeine fix, but not the best one for mixed drinks or shots.
