Overwhelming wafts of coffee emanate from the nose. There is just the slightest hint of Vanilla bean. On the palate, the vanilla becomes more readily apparent but it is still rather ambiguous. That does not shine through until the finish, leaving for a pleasant aftertaste. Kahlua certainly did not mess with their original very much when making this product. The French Vanilla is there but not overpowering.
